For those that create an account to access certain features of the web version, email addresses are collected to identify users. Additionally, data sent to PayPal in order to create an account is collected to process such account creation.
For those that import their league data through the companion Google Sheets spreadsheet the app is "read-only" and only obtains the league data (such as team names, standings info, schedule info) in order to make its calculations. No such data is retained after the calculations are made.
